I play for long strategic battles, I loath retards that rush bases and have no strategy other than trying to gain rank fast. How do people get enjoyment out of a meaningless number?

We need the ability to play by age group, kids are impatient and annoying players.
-
We need the ability to play a game type that makes it so base attacks cannot happen in the first 10 minutes.

The moment most “rushers” realize that rushing won’t work, they quit the game. You need to block them for an hour from playing another.
If I wanted a rushed game of just killing idiots, I would go play some stupid Facebook game.
You do realize that countering rushes is part of strategy right? And now does rushing equal kids?
Rushing in of itself is strategy. I used to hate it during HW1, but about month into HW2, I realized that every game has something in common: an early game. For the most part, you always are in a game for 5 minutes, which means if you master that timeframe, it gets easier from there. It teaches how to macro correctly, micro the the limited units you have, how to rush, how to defend against it, etc.
Sure, it looks simple when someone sends a swath of building killers at you, and you lose. But if you counter it, which is easier than you think (depending on the leader matchup), that puts you way ahead of your opponent. After all, if you see your opponent not building units or turrets yet you are, might as well punish him for it.
