I thought we were int he middle of a 6-week event-a-thon, with the Tactical Ops Event starting today?

Or have I just made that up and read some fake news? :thinking:

It’s been delayed until a month from now. No event whatsoever until Tenrai comes back around the 22nd

Also, how do you switch between H5 and Infinite? It took me forever to stop trying to use my thrust all the time.

I played all of the flights and nearly 1000 MP games of infinite… I still find myself pressing the thrust button every so often :sweat_smile:. I mainly play SWAT on 5 and don’t heavily utilise the thrust, or I just some Warzone FF for the XP, I plan on making 152 by the time infinite is “complete” (I think I have a while lol)

I have a similar issue switching between Infinite with Classic settings where Clamber is not needed and Infinite where Clamber is needed. :grin:

Tac Ops being moved forward a month to 3/8-3/21 leaves us with roughly four weeks downtime, and the current pattern has been: Tenrai → 2 Week Event → Tenrai → 2 Week Event → Tenrai

So naturally with our 2 week event missing the next thing will be week #4 of Tenrai come 2/22

Look at it this way,
Every leak has been on point till today, dates of the events, content of said event, the updated content when there was backlash for the first week of tenrai (almost all boost or challenge swaps), game pass ultimate perks, even future bundles for the store.

Only time it wasn’t right was with the battle pass not having 120 tiers, but then you see the achievement for having completed the battle pass and you see the number 120.

Either 343i or someone higher pushes content further down the line or straight up cuts it moments before it goes live.

Haven’t heard of any reach armor piece on the store that’s not Hazop, still a mystery what they are going to do now with CQC and JFO.

Don’t disagree at all. I think 343 really should have said something 2 weeks ago to prevent this kind of confusion.

The dates for several of the events were shown by the backend APIs. That’s also where the new date comes from. The official line from 343 is to not expect an event unless it’s been anounced by 343i (which they typically do a few days prior to it launching).

As for everything leaked and datamined - it’s been correct quite often but it still is unreliable information.

If it has been delayed rather than just misinformation being leaked then may be they’ve realised that the Tactical Ops event will be a total epic fail if they don’t address and fix the cheating issue or do something about crossplay. Alternatively, they tested implementation and it broke BTB again! :joy:

343 probably panicked because they don’t have any content left to milk for an event after the next Tenrai, so they pushed it back a month. That being said, after Tac Ops event next month, expect a content drought until May.

Same feeling lol. I felt addicted to it :rofl: It took me 2 month with a big break on others games then finally stop using it all the time. I would like to go back in H5 but I don’t want to lose all the muscle memory from Halo infinite daily training.
