Frankie always post on NeoGaf, and I am cool with that, but then why doesn’t some other member of the team like Kiki or Josh make post on here? We want a Frankie of our own! The obvious answer would be that they’re either busy or don’t want to put up with the flaming, but that happens at NeoGaf also, although to a lesser extent.

What is the point of them posting here? If it regards Halo info then the posts Frank post on NeoGAF will get here soon enough.

Once in a blue moon…he posts much more often on NeoGaf than he does here. That’s not my point though, I like that Frankie posts on NeoGaf, I would just like to see another 343er posting here like Frankie does on NeoGaf.

Hes been posting on there since 2004 So why should he stop because a couple people get all pissy when he doesn’t post “enough” on waypoint forum The forum were created for the fans to communicate and discuss. Not the developers the Developer barely posted on Bungie forums that what the Moderators are for and even then he does post.
Hes out making a video game. Or eating ham.
They post on here from time to time, but can you honestly blame them for not checking on these forums regularly? Aside from one or two people on here, the Halo forums are far from civil.

I can’t say how wrong you are. Of course the forums are in 1st place for the fans, but when new information is announced it should be announced in the official forum for that specific game. Bungie did this quite often and it was really showing us, that we are a community.
I was complaining about Frankie not posting here in 1st place, too, but a monitor told me that he could be held responsible if he says something on here, because it would be official, whilest on NeoGAF he can post anything he wants, but he can’t be held responsible.
Lmao, I love when people who hardly post on here argue about who posts on here with the guys who post a Ton… xD

Ya’know… I’ve read this defense in a couple of “these” threads and they always make me laugh since these ARE Frankie’s forums after all.
He has more control over the nature of them than he does the neogaf ones.
I mean… let them all post where and how they want… but their inability to deal with certain aspects of their own forums is kind of a laughable defense really.

There’s nothing to deal with. The Bungie forums were like this, despite having a large amount of staff and moderators. The Waypoint forums are getting to the stage the Bungie forums were at. It’s likely they’ve probably just accepted that and have decided to post somewhere else.
And even if they were to frequent these forums, there’s nothing to post on. It’s just the same threads over and over again on both sides of the argument regarding the changes in gameplay being made to Halo 4.

We’re not even disagreeing really, I’m just pointing out that if THAT is really the issue, it’s an issue that they choose NOT to control, which says more than them just not posting here vs. Neogaf.
The NeoGaf community is what they make it to be. As is Waypoint.

You think that he doesnt get reamed over there, he does. Kyle makes sure of it. That and less that flatteing pics of frankie are posted pretty much every other post. So to say that you dont blame him for not posting here is just silly. Anyone of them have the ability to claim people, even if its simple little things or even just friendly conversations about the pacific northwest.
Recently, I called him out on it and what seemed to be a horde of pissed of gaffers came over here, without a single waypoint member to stand by my side. So there you have it, we are not a community, just a bunch of selfish posters who want whats best for them and their ideals.
