I woke up this morning and got out my laptop. I went to Halo Waypoint and checked my alerts. My spartan company just got to 4 members and became active, I got my “Enlisted” tag, as well as my Intermediate Supply Pack. Neat. I go to open my REQ pack, and in my unopened packs area, there is one pack. I go to open it, but its a Daily Login Pack. What the heck? Where is my Supply pack? 343, please help me out here. Does my spartan rank have anything to do with this, because I’m SR 107. Any help would be much appreciated.
Check your req packs here on Waypoint instead of in the game.

I checked on Waypoint first, and it wasn’t there, then I went to the actual game and it still wasn’t there.
So you’re saying you a notification that you got the Intermediate Supply Pack, but when you went to check your unopened packs, said pack was not there?

Only 2, one I founded that wasn’t active, and one my friend founded which is the one I got my REQ pack from. My friend got the REQ pack.
Same thing happened to me. I’m confused

Unfortunately, they don’t have costumer support. The closest we can get to support is the fourms, or going to their headquarters and complaining.
If I’m not mistaken if you’ve already been in a company and received the pack you won’t get another one. Keeps players from company hopping to get packs.

But for me I’ve just created my own and first Spartan Company and even got a notification saying I unlocked the pack and it never showed up.

Hmmm… Buggy!!! Some of the campaign achievements are having problems also.

Exactly what happened to me. My first company was never active, so I didn’t get the pack, my second one was, but I still didn’t get the pack.
I also joined a spartan company on 3/12/18 it is the first one for me. My alerts on waypoint said I was awarded the intermediate supply pack but it never showed up in my packs on waypoint or in game.
