I pearchased the 10$ gold req packs and when I did that my game gave me a profile sync error so I spent another 10$ on it again thinking I wasn’t charged for my first transaction. I was charged twice and only recived half of what I payed for. I have the recite that Microsoft gave me for both pearchases. Can I get my req packs somehow?
