Where's my req pack?

I bought a gold REQ pack, the money has come out of my account (I checked on my mobile banking app), but the pack didn’t open after I bought it, and isn’t appearing in my open packs section.

Is there a way to fix this? I’ve quit and restarted the game, but to no avail.

It’s likely the pack has already opened and the game skipped the opening animation of it, it happens sometimes. Your items from the pack automatically get dropped into your REQ inventory. You can hard reset your console or check your inventory here on Waypoint
