I just spent 10000 req points on a gold pack and it sorry you can not get this pack at the moment but it still took my points and I had nothing checked my collection and there was nothing new !!! I spent 90 mins collecting those points just so I can get a vehicle on warzone(which is ridiculous) I want my pack or my point back ! Is this your way off saying spend the £2.39 , no I will not pay to use a vehicle and never will 
knee this system would be flawed !!! Thanks for taking my points

you get 2000 per-game…or so I heard.
You earn about 2000 points per warzone. Plus skill points. So about 2500. Id say 4 warzone games, or 3 based on skill. Plus the starter 7500. Either this player spammed bronze and silver. Or is really bad and quits games.

I am having a similar problem, but mine is with the pre-order Deluxe edition digital download and not getting any of the packs or other preorder bonuses that came with it. its all installed but it doesnt seem to notice the DLC
Same problem here, bougt a gold req pack just when a match started, the game took my 10000 points but didn’t get me any req pack, please help!

My pre order bonus is missing, I installed the digital version & my bonus shows as installed at the dash. I can start the game from it but the bonuses are nowhere. Please advise.
I am missing all my preorder bonuses as well. Downloaded mine from Xbox store. No req packs or skins.I tried unpluging the xbox and resetting but didnt work. I have not tried to uninstall and download the game again or the bonuses but others have stated they did this on other posts and made no difference.
