I got the achievement for assassinating a Promethean Knight on Spartan Ops, but I didn’t get the Knight head for my avatar dude.
Does anyone know how this can be fixed?

It didn’t unlock under your Avatar Awards. That sucks, because it’s sweet looking when wearing a tux.

Yep, I got the achievement for assassinating a Promethean Knight on Spartan Ops, but I didn’t get the award for my avatar. I have no clue why, but it’s happened.

This was the achievement I unlocked.
The award told me getting this achievement was the way to get it. O.O
You have to be connected to the internet AND the Halo Waypoint servers need to be up as well. With the problems occuring with the Waypoint servers throwing wobblies it makes sense you didn’t get the Knight head.
Fix is… do it again and hope the server is up. The Legendary completed Mark VI armour glitches are the very same problem, ie at least one mission was done when the servers were down.

My internet is fine, so it must be Waypoint having it’s wobbles. I’ll have to go give it another go again!
