Where's my Infinite Flight invite, 343?

You said everyone whose Halo Insider profiles were registered & up-to-date by September 13th would get access to the upcoming Flight. Well, mine has been verified and registered for over a year now. And yes, I checked to make sure everything was still good both before and after the September 13th deadline. I’ve also checked all of my email inboxes (including Spam), so that’s not the issue either.

This whole debacle is frustrating to say the least. I’ve been a loyal Flight tester for the MCC for over a year, participating in almost every Flight since Halo 2’s PC release, including the recent one for MCC Season 8. I also play the MCC every single week. It’s by far my most played game. Yet here I am, on the eve of the second Infinite Flight, still with no invite. I understood not getting invited to the first one. It wasn’t advertised as open to everyone. But this one was. So what gives?

The flight is on hold at the moment as 343 are dealing with a late-game technical issue. No codes or emails providing access to builds are likely to be sent until decisions have been made and updates posted. The flight may or may not be pushed out, a delay is not confirmed until 343 provide updates. An update is likely to come out in the AM, 343 time [PST] with further details.Follow this topic for announcements as they arrive

Do you work for 343 or something? You’re posting this constantly.

I do not. Originally posted by a monitor. Copy pasta because it answers the question, and people don’t bother reading previous posts.

He’s posting it constantly because people keep asking the same questions without doing any research. Check Brian Jerrard’s Twitter (@ske7ch) for frequent updates.

Dude, is it incompetency, malfeasance or misfeasance? Why can’t they ever do anything on schedule, or correctly? I keep giving them breaks but -Yoink-, they’ve had like 6 years to work this out. Plus last year after the E3 showing. Getting servers shouldn’t be this hard, indie free to play games do it all the time without the backing of the largest computer company in the world.

You mean the Twitter account that hasn’t posted anything for over 17 hours?

this is literally what flights are for. Besides, we don’t know what the issue is in the build.

It does not answer my question. It’s a generic response, providing a generic non-answer, posted by a blatant shill. The people freaking out on the forums asking where the Flight is at are those who have already been notified that they’ve been selected for the Flight and are simply waiting for their download codes. I never even got a selection email in the first place! My friends who have literally NEVER participated in previous Flights got theirs days ago. So where’s mine?

The lack of an email doesn’t mean you haven’t been selected. “Once the build goes live, you will receive a special message here on waypoint on how to access the build on xbox or PC.”
