I pre ordered Halo wars 2 ultimate edition before it was out which gave me access to several knew characters like kinsano, arbiter, Johnson, yap yap etc but now when I load the game it says I need to purchase those characters again and also that i dont actually own Halo wars 2 anymore. I only have access to it from Xbox Game Pass? Why is this? Help please
