So, once I reach req level 5, and equip splinter grenade expert, I only respawn with my splinter grenade about half the time. If I, switch to a different armor mod and then back to splinter grenade expert before I spawn, then I will usually have it available. However, the next time I respawn it won’t show up. Anyone else have this issue?
I’m having the same problem. Might be a bug or something. Another forum said the same thing. Some people having the same problem.
