This may sound stupid but I had a $50 card and I bought $44.99 which it was a 15 x gold pack plus 5 free it was successful but it went through but it didn’t give me my 15 gold packs+ + 5 free.
So plz can u help me

Have you tried hard resetting your console OP, or checking your unopened packs here on Waypoint? If they still don’t show it may be that the game opened them for you and dropped all the items into your inventory. Might be worth checking for new REQs as well

Try a hard reset. If that doesn’t work, contact Microsoft Support, they’ll be able to help you out. You’ll most likely need to take pictures of the receipts/invoices for them to help you.
I had a similar problem with the Warzone Req pack, they fixed everything for me in about 30 minutes. Not the fastest process, but at least I got my packs.
