Yesterday i completed the monthly challenge for 30,000 xp and needed 2000 xp to reach sr 90, i had to go out after the game so i had to turn my xbox off, when i came back home and went on Halo 4 i now needed 32,000 xp to reach sr 90 and it still says that i have completed the monthly challenge. I saw a similar problem on here yesterday regarding the weekly so it must have happened to other people.
Can anyone help me out or give me some advice on what to do regarding this problem?
Same thing happened to me…TWICE! I completed the monthly challenge TWICE only to discover that none of the XP stayed with me. I can’t explain why this happened, but I am now just assuming that when I complete a monthly challenge, I won’t actually be getting the XP. But, I guess it’s not that big of a deal, since I became and SR 130.
It happened to me as well. Completed the monthly challenge which knocked me up to rank 89, had to go to work, came back and I am now back to 88 even though it says I completed the challenge.
> I guess it’s just another problem with halo 4 that 343 isn’t going to fix.
Why do you just automatically assume its not going to be fixed? It seems like you are just saying that because you have some kind of personal thing towards 343. They will fix it. its not like they are trying to run a terrible game. They are trying and in my eyes, and many others, they are succeeding. So stop being so “glass half empty” and actually be productive. “If you’re not part of the solution. you’re part of the problem”

It’s hard to have hope in a company that says “We get Halo” and then gives us Call of Halo. Even though it’s not really Halo, if it was at least balanced, you could live with it. But when the game still (after 3 months since release) has a secondary shotgun that you can SPAWN with, and a precision weapon that outclasses every other starting weapon, it doesn’t feel like they’re fixing stuff. And that’s just scratching the surface of the problems with this game. We get these weekly updates every week, and what exactly are they updating? PLAYLISTS? Well they’ve been awful since day 1! Very few actually enjoy the playlists as they are. So yes it’s definitely easy to believe they won’t fix it, because they haven’t fixed anything yet and it’s been 3 months since release.
