A, He’s not on the Infinity (Not sure if this is true - isnt it DeMarco that stumbles on the treadmill in the end video?)

B, He doesnt know she’s onboard. Without Cortana poking around systems for him.

makes sense to me the Librarian altered the Master Chiefs DNA to become immune to the Composer, he might not be human any more XD
