I love BTB, don’t get me wrong. But when it’s filled with nothing but slayer it gets old pretty quick. I realize this is only my opinion and that others may like it this way, but couldn’t there at least be a separate playlist for those of us that do want to chase a strangely important flag or plant a bomb?.. Speaking of bombs, where’s Griffball?
BTB was my favorite gametype in prior installments. 90% of my games were BTB. BTB Slayer IMO sucks. I cannot even play this game anymore without BTB objective.

HALO 4 NEEDS MORE VARIETY WITHOUT DILUTION
Unnecessary repetition causes boredom and disinterest. IMO, I believe this issue is hurting Halo 4 the most, therefore some careful changes to the playlists should occur in order to address the problem without creating another… such as a significant dilution of the player population amongst the playlists by creating too many.
Take a look at how Halo 4’s population numbers have dwindled incredibly fast as a form of evidence in regards to the effect of disinterest that I’m referring to as the cause.

Another area that desperately needs additional variety is in the amount and diversity of maps. Don’t be afraid to use the Forge yourselves 343i! Forge existing maps. Create something new and re-name it. Plus, start including the custom game or forge only maps as well as different versions of them too.

I want to know why they haven’t added BTB objective as well. BTB has always been my favorite playlist since Halo 2 launched. My fondest memories of the Halo series consist of 1-Flag on Zanzibar and Headlong, Assault on Coagulation and Waterworks, or 2-Flag on Containment. However, Halo 4 does not offer me these experiences. The game is now 2 months old, why isn’t Objective in the BTB playlist?
