Where'd killcam go?(In customs)

First off: I don’t mean in matchmaking!
I mean for customs!
I thought it would be there…
But I can’t seem to find it.
It was there in the beta…so why’s it completely gone?

Personally, I’m trying to make some maps back how they were in the beta.
So I’d like kill cam adding, so I can do that too.
