This is perfect.
While Halo CE was going on, Fred and Kelly were still on (or under) Reach. Linda was on the Pillar of Autumn with the Master Chief but was so critically-wounded during the battle for Reach that she had to be left in cryostasis. Her cryo-chamber was ejected before the Autumn crashed on Halo. After Halo CE, FIRST STRIKE takes place and you can google the summary for that.
When the Covenant attacks Earth in the beginning of Halo 2, Fred and Linda are being debriefed at ONI headquarters about the events of FIRST STRIKE. Also before Halo 2 and during FIRST STRIKE, an unconscious Kelly is kidnapped by Doctor Halsey and taken to Onyx.
While the Master Chief is on Delta Halo, Fred and Linda are still fighting on Earth but are soon sent to Onyx as well, during the events of Ghosts of Onyx. They end up trapped their for nearly the entirety of Halo 3’s events. Fred, Linda, and Kelly are able to return to Earth in time for the Voi Memorial in 2553.
You know, just chillin and -Yoink-.
During Halo Ce, Linda was on the Pillar of Autumn in Cryo (you can see a status report of her in the mission the pillar of autumn), while Fred and Kelly were trapped under I think it was Castle base with a few other spartans, Dr. Halsey and Vice Admirable Whitcomb. In between halo ce and 2, (halo: first strike) Master Chief along with Johnson and a handful other character’s whose name’s escape me go back to reach and they break out the trapped spartans, Dr.Halsey and the vice admirable. Dr. Halsey escapes with Kelly who was knocked unconscious and heads to planet Onyx after discovering that Spartan IIIs are being trained there. The rest of the gang go around the galaxy killing bad guys. Read first strike for the details. They eventually find their way back to Earth and it is now the start of Halo 2, Fred, Linda, and William are separated from Chief and are completing missions; defending Earth from the covenant on the ground. Dr. Halsey convinces Lord Hood to redeploy the 3 spartans to Planet Onyx where they meet up with Kurt, Dr. Halsey, Kelly, and Chief Petty officer Mendez. There are also a fireteam of spartan IIIs with them.The covenant show up, Sentinels attack, read ghosts of onyx for the details. Onyx gets transformed into the shield world Trevelyan with Fred, Linda, Kelley, Dr. Halsey, CPO Mendez, Tom, Lucy, and some other spartan IIIs trapped inside.
After the events of Halo 4, they are rescued by Oni that’s all I remember up to, read Glasslands for the details and I haven’t read the rest of KILO-5 yet. There’s probably a few details in the comics that I’m missing, like how they got reunited with John. It’s been awhile since I read these books so feel free to correct any errors I might have made.

Fall of Reach is just about how they bonded together during the SII training.

You are mostly correct. However, telling them that the information they seek can be found in the printed literature is helpful but I neglected to name any of them which makes my contribution minimal.

And if people don’t wish to read the books, it only takes a minute or three to google a summary of the book’s contents ^^
I think folks are missing out if they can’t or refuse to read the books, since there’s some really great ones out there. Love elites? You’d probably enjoy Hunters in the Dark and Broken Circle (And possibly the upcoming Shadow of Intent). Like Blue Team, there’s books on them too. Like scifi in general, really - check them out! <3
Blue Team was on Reach while John and the body of Linda were at Halo in Halo Combat Evolved, afterwards, Chief later picked up the survivors on Reach of Blue Team (known as Red Team lead by Kelly) Linda gets revived, Kelly gets kidnapped by Dr. Halsey and went to Onyx, Fred and Linda and Will took part in a battle in Antartica while Chief was busy in Mombasa and then Delta Halo, at the same time, Dr. Halsey sent a message to Fred and Linda that there is stuff on Onyx to win the war, they go, meet up with Halsey, Kelly and the Spartan-III’s and get trapped on Onyx (Kelly, Fred, Linda, Olivia, Ash, Mark, Tom and Lucy were survivors, Team Katana was still in stasis of some kind.) Chief gets back to Earth during the events on Onyx now that its shield world was active after Installation 05 tried to activate.
Ark was alerted to this abort and set to fire all the rings, Chief goes in with Miranda Keyes, Johnson and the Arbiter and deal with this problem, Mendicant Bias, with what power he had left, “persuaded” the slipspace portal to close early on Forward Unto Dawn and sends the back end of the FuD to Requiem, by 2553, Blue Team is taken out of the Shield World and learn of Johns disappearance while they were away. Halo 4 happens, Chief loses Cortana and comes back aboard Infinity where he overworks himself like Fred stated in Halo 5 in 2558.
So while I’m getting shot in the face by jackals in legendary halo 2 campaign everybody else is trapped or critically wounded great! And not one of them ever makes a phone call.
