Covenant are still out there, and I really want to know what the Arbiter’s take on the new war with humanity is. I really liked him as a character and hope he appears in Halo 5.

he is still all for the humans. if you read the book you get an idea for how the elites civil war is breaking, the brutes involvment in the war and the “Storm” led by jul Mdama
