So erm… no Female Spartans in Halo Infinite?
I think I speak for a large portion of the Halo community when I say, we want female Spartans in Halo Infinite.
It almost feels like a step backwards to not have the option to be a Female Spartan. In Halo 3 you could only change their voice, but in Halo Reach, Halo 4 and Halo 5 you could change your model to be Female if you wanted. I introduced a few girls into Halo and they loved the fact that they could play as a female. If they were forced to play as male Spartans then who knows, they may not have enjoyed the game as much.
To say that they may be reduced to being a voice option again when they’ve had their own models in previous Halo’s just feels strange. Anyone else agree?
They just have beefier and slimmer models now, so you just choose whichever model you like best. you just want the rediculous halo reach spartan -Yoink- don’t you lol. I prefer this way more to halo 5 where the armour warped and changed scale depending on body type which was stupid and unrealistic.

I’m not sure where the voice option is, but we can choose body untied to voice now. They’re separate options.
aaaand I like that, as a local transfemme player. I chose the broader female body, but sadly I have had no option for a voice closer to mine (I’ve undergone significant voice training and literally, nobody has a clue until I tell them.) - so not being able to choose a woman’s voice has been frustrating because I don’t know where the option is, but I know it does exist based off previous articles.
Thing is, I appreciate the separation. There’s a lot of trans folks who don’t have the desired voice but do have the desired body shape, so this is really a nice consideration and option for us and I HUGELY appreciate 343i considering this level of inclusivity. It’s a refreshing change of pace.
But man I really would like the voice option to be like… more obvious.
There is a voice options in the Halo Waypoint app (beta)
But I don’t know which one is female voice, I played a few different ones and can’t figure out which one it is.

voice options do not work for flight.
You are being socially engineered to care about things like this.
There are more feminine body options in the flight.
