so i’m a pretty big halo fan for the lore, now i don’t think i ever see anyone complaining about the campaign or spartan ops as much as the multiplayer. the only complaints about campaign i see are halo shouldn’t have this weird chick flick going on (agreed) and the didact being a unjust villain (which silentium did a great job in telling us why.
I think the people who don’t like halo 4 are mainly the multiplayer dudes, whether this be stuff like op weapons or “doesnt feel like halo”. i mean i could understand why some people dislike ordnance drops, i do like it since i play the story stuff and when i hop into multiplayer i like having a chance to use a sniper or something but in reach, 3, etc. i hardly got to use it.
personally i think halo 4 is one of my favorite halo’s, whats your opinion?
You don’t want to know my opinion
The story blew me away and encouraged me to read the forerunner books, for that I’m eternally grateful to 343.
As far as multiplayer goes the game is ‘ok’ I wouldn’t call it the worse and I wouldn’t call it the best. I have fun playing it
I liked the campaign even though many things were left out and it felt short. The multiplayer was too much though. Im glad you have access to power weapons, But honestly infinity settings belong in a social category of playlists. The reason being is that players who want an evenly balanced game cant stand pure chance handing losing an unbalanced random and luck based system. (Halo was one of the last good FPS’s at this).
Im a campaign guy through and through,
but multiplayer kept me comin back. If my team lost i sucked it up because we were fairly beat. Now? Besides Throwdown (1 competitive playlist) i have reservations about Halo 5.
I made it to sr130 because i love Halo (well i used too). If it wasnt for the clan im in id be long gone. Why? Because 343 took an easy task and screwed it up. Individuals at 343i bother me, because all theyre doing is side stepping their fans.
They think there will be 20 more years of Halo? Not a chance. Halo 5 MIGHT be there only shot at bringing the Halo community back to its former glory, but that takes sucking up pride. Their pockets are filled and they dont care. If they did, theyd stick to what worked. Now theyll find that if they dont make ammends no ones coming back, and theyll be the laughing stock of game developers.Ruining possibly the easiest franchise in title exclusive gaming to replicate and add too (besides mario for nintendo).
