Where Jul is headed next...

If there is a season 2, I feel that it is very likely that Jul will head back to sanghellios. After the campaign and Spartan ops, he can’t have too many troops left.

He more than likely didn’t stop there inbetween the events of The Thursday War and Halo 4. But after finding out the Didact WAS on Requiem, I feel like he would want to go back to Sanghellios to rally the support of the believers on his home world.

This theory would also give a good bridge as to how the UNSC would find him again and start a season 2 of SpOps

What do you think?

i wouldn’t be surprised if we fought against him as the Arbiter. we need Arby and Chief back together again.

A spartan ops season focused around the arbiter would indeed be awesome if 343 could pull it off. Maybe the Arbiter would help in getting Halsey back for the UNSC

If we went to Sanghellios it would be awsome!

It could start a pattern that every season is based on a new and differant planet. All the new exotic sights, new elite freinds and most of Arby!

As for Jul it makes sence that he would be heading home for help, with the Didact being real the Arbiter will loose alot of support and he’s gonna need help. No dought Lord Hood will have Infinity sent there again to quit things down.

I really hope the Arbiter will win this fight and Jul will either die or run away with his tail between his legs again.

If Jul was to grab more forces, I can see two likely spots he would go.

One, Sanghelious. There he could recruit the Servants of Abiding Truth and share his story of the Didact and the key they need to get from Humanity.

Another… if its not finished in Karen’s last book. Venezia. It is full of Covie terrorists and human insurrectionists, a big mix of bad guys who would love to loot the UNSC.

And one or both would help catch the UNSC up to him for Halo 5, so they can all battle for the Key. And some plot twists or important parts (John learning about Halsey and confronting her), and then BOOM! Flood crash the party.
Well, not specifically like that, but perhaps we go to or fight over the Absolute Record, learning of the Flood/Precursor threat in the process.

A Covenant themed Spops would be amazing, although idk if it could be called Spartan Ops. They would probably never do that, but that would so cool.

So long as I get to see Arbiter again. They’ve been suspiciously quiet on him outside of Kilo-5.

I imagine with Requiem gone that Jul or the Didact (if/when he returns) will be raising a new Forerunner/Covie faction army. The composer is gone, I believe there is another composer from the books and I wonder what species/races they’ll call upon for their new army?

Also the Absolute Record could have new Forerunners, worlds or enemies for us too. Greg Bear’s interview in the latest bulletin mentioned a new Forerunner class. Sounds good if we get more enemies and unique encounters/tactics.

I doubt they need to go to their home world(s) but that would make for some interesting environments/story.

A season on sanghellios? I love that idea. Get to see how normal Elites live their lives and their buildings. Awesome idea.

Plus I love Arbiter, so I like the idea of adding him in there.

Going to Sangheilios would be a dream come true!

I could believe Jul going to Sangheilios to recruit more forces (and seeing some of his family members, like his uncle). And I could see Jul going to Venezia to recruit more forces (now that would be cool).

Jul will definitely head to the Absolute Record though. In Episode 9, he did tell all his forces to head to the Librarian’s Rest, which I’m assuming is the Absolute Record.

Because of the Librarian’s Rest/Absolute Record, I can see Season 2 just taking place there though.

If part of the season is on Sanghelios that would be nice, but I want to visit multiple planets/locations.

Gah I really hope they give him more to do besides just being a generic baddie. His character development in Glasslands and The Thursday War was really well done, and it was missed in Spartan Ops for me. If he does go back to Sanghelios I feel like that would give him the most opportunities character-wise.
