Just a quick question: where and under what circumstances does this scene occur?

I don’t meant to be rude, but it’s a screenshot from Halo 4, so unless you’re saying it’s some kind of hack/mod, then there is definitely some situation in the game where this scene occurs. Maybe, I should have used a different word. By “scene” I don’t necessarily mean cutscene from the campaign story. I just meant the situation where you could see this ship flying by a pelican. It could be the background of an MP map for all I know.
It looks like Outcast.

It is outcast. Its the darter and below is the mongoose.

Yes it is Outcast, and a Mongoose.
The mongoose was parked close to where the ship docks, on the edge of the canyon and facing back towards the base. The screenshot used FX lighting “juicy” and “colorblind”.
