No, its a bug or glitch going around, majority of my friends list has it, Hence why when you read up about the armor it says “Play before November 27th” That means, you get it the day you play, in between launch and that date. But there has been issues and people have not been getting it.
Yeah I don’t have it yet, and I beat the campaign.
I don’t have it either, and I’ve opened several req packs and stuff.

It says November 7th, also this happened to all my friends.

Clic the link scroll down, and read the fine print, it says “To qualify, play Halo 5: Guardians By November 7th.” Which, in the english language means, that if you play before said date, you will receive said bonus, on the day you played. Unfortunately there is a glitch in the system or something and people are not getting there Promotional REQ Bundle with the armor in it.

They will likely have a slow roll out for the armor and even if you do not get it by the 8th you will most likely receive it at some point.

I spoke to xbox live and they said they working on it and it might take time but If they do not get it sorted by the 8th then i will get back to them.
Never got mine, but I got a variant of the helmet in a REQ pack if I’m recalling the name correctly.
They really need to fix this.
