How many other people are having this issue? Have they said anything about it yet?

Im having this issue as well, missing two gold req packs. I think they are having trouble processing the req packs after they are bought. Hope they fix soon.
You were just going to spawn and die with it anyways. They are saving you the trouble.

I received a xbox points card for my birthday a few days ago and just used it today on a bunch of gold req packs, but haven’t gotten any yet.
Apparently they refuse to answer or even acknowledge this issue and many others like it. Ive been waiting for any info about this and similar issues for weeks. Nothing not a peep… 
I bought 4 Silver packs, nothing. 3 were purchased within the game, 1 within Halowaypoint.com. I better get them or I’ll buy Star Wars Battlefront and quit this game.
A lot of people have this issue. Me included. I contacted -Yoink!- support. We did a bunch of troubleshooting, nothing helped. Now I am told to wait 24 hours and see.
We talkin real money? Cause I had that issue this morning with a silver pack.
Might be today unless tomorrow there were issues it worked fine for me could be an issue console side.
