If I recall correctly, the ability to view your Halo Wars 2 Service Record on Halo Waypoint has been removed in the most recent update to the Halo Waypoint website.
On the other hand, if you wish to check the Halo Wars 2 service record for a specific user, there do still exist few alternatives like using the public Halo API. In addition to this, there do probably also exist the possibility to check some parts of your Halo Wars 2 Service Records by playing the game itself.

Yeah they axed it. I don’t know why because more folks would definitely start to play it after Infinite comes out if it’s not swept under the rug. I’m not a hardcore HW2 player, but I do play it and I would like the population to not be strangled by 343. My hopes are not high, though

I feel that sentiment. I don’t play as often as I should. but I played a ton when it first came out and I would hate to see the game made to have a smaller population from business decisions that slight the game when it is incredibly well crafted and fun RTS for console and PC.

It is pretty depressing that we simply have no Halo Wars stats at all, not even a basic overview to show win/loss, rank or campaign completion.
However, seeing how all of the stats prior to Halo 4 seem to be broken anyways, I don’t know that it would matter. Hopefully they still have it being tracked somewhere and they will get us back to the same level of functionality. For now, it seems like they are fine sweeping Halo Wars 2 (their most recent full game release) under the rug.
