For Halo 3
Halo 3’s is not supported anywhere anymore.
But if you want to see the very outdated archive of them.

Just note you cant download any maps or custom gametypes, or even watch many videos(bar the already rendered videos).
Though if you play against someone online you can totally download off their file share 100%

Now for the Master Chief Collection
Its similar to Halo 3 in which the Fileshare isnt put up here.
If you see a friend online you can use their fileshare.
Only way to get screenshots online is if you the Xbox One screenshot feature.
Thanks, I wanted to use it so I could get a picture from the fileshare onto my laptop without having to connect something to my tv. oh well

Well as stated you can use the Xbox One Screenshot feature.
And the screenshots you take go directly online
