Where is the Arbiter and Rtas during Halo: Infinite?

During Halo: Infinite’s campaign, I have not once heard, or seen a reference to the Arbiter or Rtas (except for that plush of Arbiter) in the game. Do you have any theories where they’ve gone? (Also sorry for being gone for so long, Ima try to become more active once again.)

The Arbiter is likely taking care of business on Sanghelios.

As for the Shipmaster, I don’t think he’s been heard from in quite some time.

There’s early Infinite concept art showing Blue Team (Kelly specifically) helping the Arbiter fight against the Created who are occupying the planet.

Given that this concept art includes other plot points like the Destruction of Doisac it’s probably the case here as well. So my guess is they win and prevent the planet being destroyed by the Guardians. You could do a book about that. Seems like the idea of going to Reach got novelised when it was in the concept art so perhaps this will.

If they destroy Sanghelios or Earth; they are 100 percent doing time travel.

I think they need to clarify the scale of the Banished threat in the main Galaxy. There is concept art of our multiplayer Spartans fighting Banished. So perhaps all the Brutes have pledged allegiance to Atriox because he stood up to Cortana and essentially reformed the Covenant. Which is now threatening both the UNSC and Swords of Sanghelios.

Edit - A few marines have ambient dialogue asking this very question. “Wonder what the Arbiters forces are up to?”

Plus Propaganda Grunt at one point tries to get in touch with a fellow Grunt in the Swords and insists the Arbiter will vouch for him; this being when he wants to jump ship.

343 has no courage to kill the old roles such as the Arbiter. The public opinion and bad comments caused by the death of Rookie have alerted them.
The return of the prophets will give Rtas a chance to appear.

I’m also looking forward to Arbiter coming to the Zeta Halo.

A large number of elites from Suban joined the mercenary corps of the Banished.
I think this situation is also a clue.

I don’t care where they’ve been only that when they return they ram the dreadnoughts and that they slowly tease their return by signals and messages that the community has to solve.

I am also looking forward to seeing them both, too. They could add them in a DLC or in a future game. Also, RIP Rookie :frowning:

They no longer want to ally them selfs with the cat people.
