I had Halo 4 reserved for months prior to its midnight release on November 4th/5th. Like any committed fan I waited in line and picked up the newest installation of the Halo series( like I have since Halo 2 was released and EVERY single Halo game there after), and have been playing every moment possible. For 343i to drop the ball on distributing these <mark>“SPECIALIZATION CODES”</mark> to so many people, both loyal fans and new comers to the series, is a total slap in the face. I’ve been stuck at level 70 for about a week now and trying to get into contact with your representatives and admins via forums,twitter, messages, etc. and received absolutely no response in any way. Make this right or understand the gravity of what a total disappointment your company has made to fan(s) of a series of games that revolutionized the first person shooter genre.
I understand catering to the needs of one or a handful of customers can be difficult so may I suggest making the specializations available to all owners of the game in your next update ASAP. Not like your company hasn’t rushed delivering content to satisfy the media and client base before or anything…
