Even though I meet all of the requirements I STILL have not received my specializations code. I feel the need to put “still” in all caps because even after posting a thread similar to this one, talking to Xbox support on twitter, emailing Xbox support and posting on the “official” specialization forum thread no action has been taken. I am tired of all of these promises with no action being taken. No, I don’t want you to send me a link to the “official” specialization code thread, which just so happens to be the most useless thing of all time. No I don’t want to hear anymore of these childish excuses that you guys throw around, I just want Santa to bring me my code. I find it extremely amusing that you guys seem to magically send out a code to those people who threaten to blow your laxidasical -Yoinks!- up on the internet and give Halo 4 a bad reputation but you cant seem to make time for the rest of us… how coincidental. Please just give me my code that I have been promised.

I actually just got mine last night with a small explanation of the reason for it taking so long, just wait. They are getting to it. Its like a 5 man team assigned to sort through hundreds of thousands of people that never got it
They’ve all been sent out. At this point if you did not get one then you’ll have to wait till they’re unlocked or buy a code on eBay. Sorry.

Thanks man I appreciate the reply. Gives me hope that they might not be completely useless and only send out the codes 3 weeks late. What a great operation they are running.

Thanks for informing me. That is complete and utter -Yoink-. If I do not get my code as I was promised, I will put them through hell. I find it absolutely hilarious that they bring out a map pack a MONTH after launch, as if they couldn’t just include those maps in the original launch and now they expect me to pay for this stupid code that, once again could have been included in the game. What a bunch of thieves. At first glance I thought that the only thing that Halo 4 stole was the layout of the Call of Duty games but apparently I was VERY wrong. Any other input would be greatly appreciated also.
I have never got a Specializations code in my email, however, Xbox sent me a message saying I have not redeemed it yet. They gave me the code, then I entered it. Then I checked the specializations menu, it was stilled locked. I heard other complaints about this and I have also read that customer support is not helpful at all.
Can anyone please help? Is there a solution or do I have to level up to 50?
Guys, if I were in the situation you guys are in, I would contact support ASAP. I’m sure they could handle it. Try 343 support (if it exists) if Xbox fails.
