I got the halo 5 limited edition twice for 2 different consoles and 2 different accounts… I went ahead and disc swapped both copies for physical through Microsoft and got the limited edition content through email. Put it in for both accounts and it doesn’t work for either. I’m not receivin the war zone Req bundle or the fall of reach series. How can I fix this?
The Req bundle is only 2 packs per week until you hit 14. You have to go to the open packs menu to see them. The Fall of Reach series can only be viewed through the Halo Channel app.

That’s correct. I do know that. Problem is though I have gotten 0 req packs and I can’t view halo reach in the halo channel. It tells me to buy halo 5. Thanks but no thanks I still need help from someone who can actually help
