I purchased a halo 5 collectors edition head, limited edition, and a war zone req pack bundle and downloaded all of them on my Xbox one. However, I still have yet to receive reimbursement for my duplicate purchase. I was one of the customers that purchase these items within the time period you’re system should be able to verify and I have receipts. When should I expect some form of compensation? By your forum, I was to receive a message, but have not. Can someone let me know what’s going on? Thank you.
