Everytime I finish a match, it doesn’t count to give me a rank, what´s happening?
There is an issue, where this occurs. Don’t know the cause, the only thing I see from 343 is that they are aware and are working on it. I don’t have a link to the post. You have to quit and restart the game for it to fix itself.

Ok bro, but how I restart the game? I should uninstall it?

No, thank goodness. Launch the game. Do you get a synch error message? If yes, your reqs and rank are not going to load. Press the big x button, it will take you to the main XBL menu. Then press the ingame menu button, (ts the little button with the lines on it) you will get a menu that comes out. select Quit, and the game will stop. Go back into the game. That is how you restart the game. I sometimes have to do this three times for it to load properly. It is a pain. If it does not work, do a hard reset on your box. Start the game, press the big x button, which will take you to the main XBL menu. then on your box, press the on/off button. Keep your finger on the button, until it shuts down, this will take about 7 seconds. the box will shut down. Then restart the box.
