I have just passed level 70 and I can not open the pack that was granted me, it is not displayed, I do not understand. The same thing happened for a pack that had to be awarded to me due to a commendation (Warzone Firefight Goldpack). Have you ever experienced this?
I have had this problem before, I just went to bed and had them when I got on the next day, if you want to speed things up you can try reloading your game (fully quit and re open) or hard restart your Xbox (hold the powerbutton for 10 seconds) and then turn it back on.
Chances are though that your packs are just floating around the REQ server somewhere and they will get to you soon.

You can check your Requistions on Waypoint to ensure everything is intact.
