Where is my Mark 6 Gen 1?

So i have a question here.
A Friend of mine gave me his Acc so i can play Halo on a Gold Rank. Since he dosent have much Unlcoekd i tought i help him get an Decent armomr and played with his Acc the Cario Station mission on MCC. I unlocked for him the Achivment, wich grants in Halo 5 the Mark 6 Gen 1 Scarred. I went back to Halo 5 and nothing. Its still locked for him. Any idea why i didnt got it?

Well … I unlocked these Achivments in March … on the 24th … so i guess they should already be here …

I heard that if you go to dashboard and physically ‘start’ and ‘quit’ the MCC, then fire it back up again, this sometime helps with the unlock stuff.

I thought you couldn’t get armors from MCC achievements anymore because they were added into the REQ pool now.

You cant get them anymore trough MCC? I tought that they always have been in the REQ Pool, but thorugh MCC you could get em Faster. 343 Statet even before Halo 5 release,that everything will be unlockable for everyone. Just trough Preorder and MCC few people will get their Hands earlyer on that stuff

^^^^^You can still get them through MCC. It took one night for me to appear in my REQ collection. Have you tried the hard reset method? I never had any problem with achievement not unlocking or amor not appearing in REQ collection, but I know a lot of people do and that’s why they decided to have them in the pool of unlockable item

Unlocking armor via achievements in MCC can be buggy at times. Many players have reported that they haven’t received the armor yet even though they have the achievement unlocked.

Best thing to do is either hard reset the console, or try to do the achievement again.

I really dont know if Hard resetting will change something since ive unlocked these Achviments 2 Weeks ago …
