I watched almost the entire HWC stream, and even try in XLE, XLEi and Twitch, but nothing. My dad opened the pack in his profile from the web page before me, he plays in the same console that me, we both watched the stream in the same console, with both profiles signed in, i don´t know if that´s the reason, if it´s limited to one pack per console but i really wanted the pack. Any ideas?

I tried to do that, but it doesn´t appear in the open packs section in the halo 5 game. I even uninstalled and installed it but nothing. I tried it from the Xbox store and from the site.
No, I mean the xbox store, it should be under the dlc category. If not, try the website, it’s still up there.
