I played all the campaigns on legendary but the didn’t give me the Helioskrill armour?! What happens?!
Go through your achievements and make sure all of them unlocked. There was a bug where it didnt say I completed all the missions when I did. Idk if they fixed that yet, but I had to do whatever mission I didnt get the achievement for again
Try booting up the MCC again, shut it down and start Halo 5 back up again. This worked for some other people I think.

I re-watch all the Halo CE, Halo 2, Halo 3 and Halo 4… Every single mission done in legendary mode
Your best bet is the REQ system at this point.
I think it takes up to a week to load. Try opening the halo channel app on your Xbox and see if that works. But it might take time
Restart the game/xbox
It’s on vacation. In all seriousness though if it hasn’t showed up yet you’ll probly get it in a REQ pack eventually

And then check your customization menu. It should be there. You should check the customization menu first to see if it is there. It took several weeks for it to become available in my req collection, but it was available in my customization menu right quick.
