i never got my pre order skin for gamestop,why?

This happened to me. Apparently at midnight at gamestop they were having troubles with their systems that had something to do with too much activity I guess. Anyway they could not give me my pre-order stuff that night and I had to go back the next day with my receipt to get the bonus items. They told us specifically to go back t he next day to get the items. I dont know if this was the case with you but you m ight want to go to your gamestop with your receipt and ask but it’s probably too late since the game has been out for a while. but you never know
You should be asking GameStop why they didn’t give it to you.
You’re not missing out, they’re not the greatest looking skins. But still, they should offer some kind of compensation.

I, however, got two sets of skins because I pre-ordered the game and console.
OP, check your PMs for a surprise. 
If you ordered online, check your email. If it wasn’t printed on your receipt when you picked up the game, go back to that store with the receipt for them to print you out the code. If neither of these work, send an email to their customer service, it’ll be on record that you pre-ordered it and they’ll send you a new one. Simple as that.
