I purchased a pack of the 29.99 gold packs and didn’t get a single one. What the hell! The payment went through, it’s charged my bank but I have NOTHING. I called xbox support and they told me 343 is responsible because I basically hella yup my end of the deal, and they didn’t.
If the purchase didn’t go through, contact xbox support. They handle payments not 343.
