Yesterday I exchange the code for the fotus armor that come with the Xbox one halo 5 special edition, and that content doesn’t even apear in the game or halo waypoint. Xbox told me that the code in deed was exchanged in my account, but the content still didn’t appear, I already turn off my console deleting my Xbox account but the req pack or the armor is disappear. Help me please.
In another post a user commented that these promotional codes have an expiration date, so these codes are no longer valid. But you can get the helmet and armor using req pack
