Yesterday I exchange the code for the fotus armor that come with the Xbox one halo 5 special edition, and that content doesn’t even apear in the game or halo waypoint. Xbox told me that the code in deed was exchanged in my account, but the content still didn’t appear, I already turn off my console deleting my Xbox account but the req pack or the armor is disappear. Help me please.
Play a game or two. It should show up.

Check your collection.
Go to halo 5 -->manage game. Your add ins should be at the bottom.

You should quote guys (as I have just done) or make their GT’s blue (as I have also done in your quote) so they get the notification.
That sucks. I hope you can get to the bottom of this otherwise you’ll have to grind for ages to get it.

It is a pretty big oversight that the REQ Pack DLC codes have expired when they are still selling Halo 5 consoles and controllers advertised with those DLC in stores and online, including the Microsoft Store.
Someone from 343 needs to address this matter affecting paying customers.
Just grind for the Fotus armor. I’m unlocking legendaries only, and have the Fotus Chillrose helmet.

In another post a user commented that these promotional codes have an expiration date, so these codes are no longer valid. But you can get the helmet and armor using req pack.

They have paid for it expecting to get what was advertised. The customer is well within their rights to question why they did not get what they paid for.

343 and Microsoft are still selling these Halo 5 products that advertise these particular DLC. Also there is no mention of expiry dates on any of the packaging and documentation, further misleading the paying customer.
