Hello, this is the 8th or 9th time I have posted about this issue. I experienced a bug when I received my SR-80 promotion REQ pack. I tried to open it but there was an error and when I looked for it in the unopened packs it wasn’t there. I never got to actually open the pack and the Fireteam Osiris emblem is still locked, so it wasn’t like other times when you don’t get the pack opening animation but the items you recieved are added to your collection. What angers me the most is the lack of any help from 343 and I’m not the only one with problems like this.
