Where is my falcon avatar award from halo waypoint

Hey there I just purchased halo reach limited edition and I got a redeemable code for the officer elite skin and a falcon avatar prop. the thing is when I went on halo waypoint it told me that I have an award for the prop and when I hit okay, I got an error and now I can’t seem to select it any ideas?

This is a terribly old game and code - it almost wouldn’t surprise me if it didn’t work anymore. Might be worth doing a quick forums topic search for it, or even googling it.

Just to make sure - the game was sealed, right?

Yea I put in the code and went to waypoint and it said I have it when I hit okay I got an error and can’t get it but it’s there in waypoint just can’t press a

I don’t have my X360 anymore but can you not go on dashboard > account settings > download/purchase history, and redownload the Falcon prop. You’re also sure you have spare memory on your HDD, did you try booting up Waypoint a second time to see if you could redownload. I redeemed my Officer/Falcon code earlier this year and downloaded my falcon from the pop up notification when starting up Waypoint on X360, I didn’t encounter your problem I’m afraid. I hope you found a way to get your falcon or you can try the above with some luck. Have a look in your avatar prop customisation incase your 360 downloaded it automatically while it was switched off.
