They announced and showed off the feature of having an outline around enemy players for better visibility. This was one of my most anticipated features because I have a huge problem with seeing players against the environment. Where is it? If it’s in there how do I turn it on.

Ya, I complained so much in the feedback forms about the visuals. It is really hard to see players against the visuals, which hasn’t been a problem until Halo 4 and it is disappointing. I was really excited when I heard this, but now I’m pretty upset its not in there.
