Where is June!?!?

Based off our knowledge at the end of Halo Reach, June is seen bringing Doctor Halsey to a secure location. After that, we don’t see him anymore in the game or any other game. Were is he!?!? For a fact, Doctor Halsey survives Reach. How we know this is that Halo Reach takes place before all the halo games. So if Halsey is alive, were is June? Is he dead or alive? Here are some ways that I thought that could of happened to June.
1.He retired
2.Was so upset that his whole team died and he couldn’t contain himself so he got help or committed suicide
3.Became an agent of O.N.I.
4.Given another mission

He was one of the recruiters for the Spartan IV’s and is still currently alive

What Prophet onyx says. It was revealed in one of the Halo books that he was now a recruiter for the new Spartan program.

Jun recruits the new Spartan’s. He recruited Buck and Palmer.

Jun, after the events on Reach, went on to become a recruiter for the Spartan-IV program and is retired from active service.
