If you have read the halo initiation comic, you should have seen Jun when he was recruiting Sarah Palmer. She was a O.D.S.T, an Orbital Drop Shock Trooper. In halo reach jun was told to escort Dr.Halsey to castle base. Halsey of course survived because she was in halo 4. Well that’ all i know. PEACE!!!

It`s not known how he survived but i guess he stayed with Halsey. 
We don’t know where he went. He may gone off on his own?
Actually, you answered your question, after that he helped Musa to train Palmer, who knows where’s he. I think we will hearing about him, probably in the New Blood.

That’s one question I always ask myself. One minute he’s defending Dr. Halsey and then 5 years later he’s aboard the Infinity. It’s quite a gap that they left. I’m pretty sure during these 5 years he retired as a Spartan which is why you never see him on the battlefield. The only thing I can see Jun do during these 5 years is go through a few battles before he retires and recruit Spartans.
