will all these SO episodes where is the didact at through out all this time ?
the elites are “doing his will” but is he communicating with them at all ?
seems like he should be running things with the elites

Hopefully dead.
He’s off drinking tea with the Masterchief…
He’s believed to be dead, at the moment. Whether or not that’s true is speculation at this point.
> Hopefully dead.
I don’t mind them killing off cortona… However, if they killed the Didact, than that was the worst boss battle I’ve ever seen.

Spartan OPs takes place 6 months after the Campaign. I take it you haven’t completed the last level yet…
> Hopefully dead.
How could the Didact be dead when…
you hear him narrate on the ending? Also: I thought his organic Forerunner genes make him invulnerable to look-a-like portals and Forerunner chemicals that can kill anything other than Forerunners?

Those are Forerunners talking. Does it say its the Didact? I dont actually remember.

Those are things he said over 100,000 years ago to a Forunner court.

Well it sounds exactly like the Didact. He sounds like he knows what he’s talking about when he was narrating.

Still, they finally introduce the almighty forerunners in which we’ve been so curious about since the start of this seres, and that’s how they send him off?

I don’t think he’s dead either, but do you really think they’d include a major plot twist (like him returning) in a Spartan OPs episode?
I expect he will make a return in Halo 5 campaign.
No way the didact is dead. The reclaimer series would have no where to go if the didact dies. There would be no story it would be just mindless fighting off covenant
