Where do you get the Map Pack Pass?

Ive heard i can get a map pack pass for H4. Do you get this at stores (gamestop, bestbuy, etc.) or via xbox live marketplace? Or both?

Might be available in stores like the Reach DLC maps were.

I’m pretty sure it is. I went to Gamestop, and they let me pre-order the WGMP along with the game.
