Other than filing complaint…
I think you can only file a complaint. Why?
In before someone starts going off about how this is exactly why ranking systems are the devil.

Scumbags are boosting in rumble pit to get 50s. People are playing together working together and joining games with messed up connections so they lag everyone else out.
Remember the good ol days when you could only play Lone Wolves on your own with no partners AS IT SHOULD BE and at the bottom it would say “Network Manipulation will get you banned, we know who you are”
This game is full of team’s that boost, even on regicide. You get teams spawn trapping especially if you play lightning flag (don’t play it, I swear).
Filing complaints never do anything. There’s no option for us to report them in game, this is a feature in other games and works. To be honest I’ve never heard what 343i do to monitor these types of people. For all you know they may be being banned etc.
Bungie didn’t let people get away with it, I’m pretty sure 343i won’t either. But obviously we need proof.
