Obviously just migrated from Bnet. I have a few questions about the website that I don’t think are covered in a FAQ (such as whether or not reporting users for sheer idiocy and/or encouraging Microsoft/343 to enact and enforce unscrupulous business practices at the expense of the end userviolates the CoC), but I’m not entirely sure where to ask.
Is there a forum dedicated to the site like Bnet’s Community forum?

Such threads can be posted in General Discussion for now. Mods will move them if they see fit.
There is not a forum dedicated solely to the forum itself. You just have to select Waypoint as you’ve already done when you author your post.
With these forums still being beta, they aren’t extremely organised, so for now it’s just fine here. Also, you can’t report someone for being an idiot, but I believe you can should they start a flamewar or attempt to with childish things like name-calling.
