Where do I report someone?

Hello, I haven’t ventured on much here so excuse my ignorance. In Halo 4, I have recently been in a match while a player was idling the entire game. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem for me, except he died and spawned inside the map. When everyone else died, we were forced to spawn on him and eventually we (the active players) were stuck inside the map, unable to get out. I was forced to quit as there was no way out and the player continued to idle.

I have no doubt the player is probably still idoling in that game on “Shootout in Valhalla”. I have filed a complaint via profile on LIVE but I really wish to see this person smote.Is there anyway I can report this player to the higher power in Halo 4?

You dont, the automated banhammer might get him. But that only gives him/her a XP ban.

Are you sure that he didn’t jump into one of the covenant drop pods? That seems to be a fav move for the idlers now to wait till a covie pod empties then jetpack up to it before the pod lifts off.
